About me

This blog was originally intended to be a sort of training log, but as time progressed it has evolved into being more encompassing of all things crossfit related, and less so a documentation of my own training.

I, Cecilie, started doing crossfit back in October 2010 and was hooked straight away, finally having found my sport and very soon it became both a passion and a lifestyle. I’ve come a long way since that first workout, and I hope this blog will inspire others to join me in the joys of fit living. My primary concern is not what sport you do or how you stay active, as long as you are active. We all find our passion, and I’m here to share mine. I hope you enjoy it, and I very much appreciate feedback.

In this blog I present you crossfit athletes of all ages, reports on crossfit workouts, travelouges from visits to other crossfit boxes, you may follow some of my friends on their way to a healthier lifestyle, and lastly there will be random posts on random subjects – I reserve my right to artistic freedom.
